Our executive apartments are envisaged for the guests that look for modern, extra amenities as pool and gym and not abdicating from staying in the hearth of Maputo. Looking for a long term? Contact us for special offers.  
  
The Space:  
Our executive apartments are situated in modern buildings, recently build, that offers all the amenities and standards from an executive line. The Polana Plaza I is composed by two bedrooms, one bathroom, open kitchen, living area, balcony and private parking.  
  
The apartment is located on a high floor, in the Polana Plaza building, situated on the cross of Avenue Armando Tivane with Avenue 24 of July.  
  
In the living area you will encounter a sofa and two chairs, a Smart TV with 50'' and a dinning table that seats 6.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, silverware and cooking ware. All sets are composed of 6 units.  
  
In the building you will find a fantastic gym and pool on the rooftop, which the guests can use at any time.  
  
Parking spot is in the underground of the building.  
  
This is Maison Moz.

Guests have access to the apartment, gym, pool and parking area.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Polana neighborhood - One of the most famous blocks of the city of Maputo. The are is safe, easily walkable, plenty of restaurants and all services/shops available a couple of minutes away.
