Welcome to Mana Nalu, a delightful four-bedroom, two-bathroom home perfectly situated in the heart of Mapua Village. Just a short five-minute walk takes you to the lively Mapua Wharf, where you’ll find restaurants, cafes, local boutiques, and galleries. If you love outdoor adventures, you’re close to the Great Taste Trail for cycling and walking, as well as award-winning wineries and vineyard tours - ideal for exploring Nelson, Abel Tasman, and the wider region.  
  
The home features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area designed for entertaining, with seamless indoor-outdoor flow to two separate decks, both leading to a heated swimming pool. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, and one includes an ensuite bathroom. The fully fenced backyard offers privacy and off-street parking for your convenience.  
  
Mana Nalu is perfect for families or groups traveling together. Whether you’re seeking peace, easy access to nature, or local culture, Mana Nalu is your ideal base for a memorable stay in Mapua.

Please note, use of the swimming pool is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.
