Internet and cable are available. There is a public boat launch if you would like to bring your own boat, there is a dock. There are 4 single kayaks as well as a row boat that you are free to use. From the start, everything matched the online description—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The peaceful setting made it easy to relax and enjoy some quality time together.One of the best parts was the access to the lake. The property included kayaks and boats, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful waterfront. We also really appreciated the safe fire pit and the wood that was provided—we ended most evenings around the fire, which became a highlight of our stay.Everything at the cottage was in good working order, and it was clear the owners take great care of the place. We had one minor issue during our stay, and the owner responded quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.The price was another big plus—very reasonable given the location, amenities, and overall quality of the experience. It truly felt like a great value.We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. It’s not easy to find a place that gets everything right, but this one did. We rented a SUP from someone in Traverse City and the lake was excellent for that. We were very close to Sleeping Bear and other places we wanted to visit. Owner was excellent to work with. If you are looking for a basic place to stay that is comfortable with amazing views, I highly recommend this cottage. ##### Ann M. This was my second stay at the little Cottage. It is just such a perfect location for the abundance of things one can do in Leelanau county.
