Though it was a short hike to the beach and required a short drive into town for groceries, we all found this property to be nearly perfect for our family of 13 - from just turned one year to almost 70\. My main picture window had some heavy sea spray which upon request they came out and cleaned within a few hours. The home was probably stunning when it was constructed in 1950, it’s dated in a charming way so be prepared for that, however it’s worth the price, you’ll not be disappointed. The pictures make this house look amazing, in reality this house is a dream. From the location to the furniture, the views and the amenities- this house cannot be beat. For a large group, there is plenty of room to have your “space”. For smaller groups it has its intimate settings for relaxation and family time. Sterling Cooper would boastfully call this place home. The first half of our trip was rainy and gray but the views were still gorgeous. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Bathrooms were probably the most worn down but they were clean. We needed a few essentials which we bought and left for the next guest. The views and sounds of ocean were wonderful. All the lawns/land surrounding the house was wonderful.. no cramped in feeling.
