With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to spread out in this roomy split-level floor plan. Upon entering the home, you’ll see a short staircase leading up to the second story. Find yourself in the cozy yet spacious main living room, turn on the gas fireplace with the click of a button, and pick your favorite movie to stream through the surround-sound speakers. While you pop some popcorn in the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area, wander down the hall to the luxurious primary suite complete with a Keurig coffee maker, majestic fireplace, an elegant soaking tub flanked by twin vanities, and french doors leading to the deck. Snag this bedroom and listen to the birds sing while you sip your morning coffee in perfect solitude! Upstairs, there is also a tasteful nautical-themed bedroom with a queen bed and a desk for those who need to get some work done. There’s a separate twin bed with trundle in a charming room off of the primary bedroom. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the cupboard at the end of the hall full of all the best board games. Downstairs, there is a second common space with a gas fireplace, a large flatscreen TV with a DVD/VCR player including many VHS tapes and DVDs, and 2 cushy twin beds. Aug 15, 2024 #### 5 Star Rental Large, clean, well-stocked house 1 block from the main drag and 4 blocks from the beach. 3 suggestions: Needs an axe or hatchet to split the firewood provided; Needs a large stainless steel pot for boiling corn on the cob and pasta, etc.; The stairway from the front door landing to the main floor has one too many steps and is potentially dangerous because the bottom step extends beyond the pony wall between the stairs going up to the main floor and the stairs going down to the basement. As a result, there were several instances of people stumbling on the bottom step going downstairs. The house is extremely clean, close to the center of Manzanita and the beach, has enough parking, comfortable beds and the outside spaces were amazing! The only issues that we ran into were (1) we had 8 people staying there, and a few more over for a couple of dinners. The pots, mixing bowls and serve wear were very small and inadequate for cooking for a large crowd. We rent houses for vacation because we prefer to cook, and it would be very helpful to have large enough pots and bowls to serve and cook in. (2) The room where the two twin beds are downstairs does not have a door, which we did not realize when renting the house. That caused an issue with the people who had expected privacy. ##### Tina H.
