If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. Parking Details: \- The driveway accommodates parking for up to 3 vehicles. \- No garage. \- An additional car may park on the gravel pad, but must be off the street. A couple things to note: the king size bed mattress in the entry level bedroom was sagging a bit on the left side. It needs a new topper.
