Bathroom was filthy! Extremely gross with mildew and fungus on shower floor and doors and wall, and sink, and mirror! Clogged/ slow drain. Bedding dirty. But room is very big. My sister has to buy Clorox to wash it. The towels were old and we had to buy some. The bed sheets were also old and were not changed. It was relatively close to the main plaza, but the property was dirty and not well maintained. This hotel is old and worn down lokking with cracked floor tiles. The bed sheets were stained, some stains looked like blood. Sliding shower door broken, you had to lift it to open it. Air conditioner barely worked. Couldn't control speed of fan. Had to step over corner of bed to get in and out of bathroom. Closet had no light. Bathroom had one little light. No on off switch inside bathroom found it by the lamp next to bed. Door wouldn't stay shut even when lock fully engaged, door would simply swing open. You had to secure the door with a little piece of metal that slides up into the door frame. Hotel is noisy, could hear banging, alarms and shouting in the lobby even in the middle of the night. Was told restaurant would open at 8am. Went down at 8:30 and still closed. Booked for two nights. One night was enough, I canceled my second night and hotel refused to refund me my second unused night. Pense que al ser un hotel en el centro sería viejo, pero no pense que estaría tan descuidado.
