Quiet urbanization with breathtaking views of La Maliciosa and La Pedriza. Excellent location to visit the villages of La Sierra, Cercedilla, El Escorial, Puerto de Navacerrada, Manzanares el Real, La Granja and Segovia   
  
Enjoy an exclusive chalet for you, located in one of the most beautiful mountain areas of Spain. Very close to Madrid capital, about 45 minutes by car and 1 hour by bus (from Plaza Castilla or Moncloa)   
  
The house is in a privileged area in the Upper Manzanares Basin, La Pedriza, protected area and protected space. Route of the Camino de Santiago   
  
House equipped with everything you need, very comfortable, and decorated to the detail, spacious kitchen to share with friends and family   
  
Distributed in upstairs with 4 large bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen and living room with fireplace. Wonderful views around the house across the Sierra de Madrid. Capacity: 9 people   
  
Ground floor with large living room, sofa bed, bedroom and a bathroom. Fireplace to enjoy in couple or family of a very special and exclusive atmosphere. Capacity: 4 people
