Wifi available. Large family room on the lower level with a queen bed, two single beds. This is ideal for a family or for all the children, as it has a second living area with TV and DVD player. Linen and bath towels provided. Main bathroom upstairs with a double vanity, large walk-in shower and brand new fittings. Second bathroom downstairs with a shower and toilet, top loader washing machine and laundry tub. Fully equipped new kitchen with electric stove top and oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the appliances you'll need - kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine (BYO pods Aldi) and toasted sandwich maker. Large fridge with second fridge for drinks in the garage. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments and tea / coffee / drinking chocolate / salt & pepper etc. Double garage for secure parking and storing bikes and surf equipment. Manyana is a holiday paradise for swimmers, surfers and fishermen a like with its beautiful unspoiled beaches and many other secluded beaches to the north at Bendalong, while nearby Lake Conjola and Lake Berringer cater for water skiing, kayaking and canoeing (must bring own watercraft) . Bellevue is only a short walk to both Inyadda and Manyana beaches, and a completed footpath / cycleway links Manyana to the small town of Bendalong. The cafes a great destination for your morning coffee and to read the paper before enjoying a relaxing swim at Washerwomans Beach. The Deli at Cunjurong Point is only two minutes by car for delicious takeaway also. There's also no shortage of local activities (non-water based) with tennis courts, basketball courts, a soccer field and skate park located in Manyana at nearby Yulunga Reserve (remember to BYO equipment) If you feel like a morning drive, you can explore the historic town of Milton with its cafes and boutique shops just 20 minutes away. Or visit Mollymook for a round of golf. The larger town of Ulladulla is an extra five minutes from Milton and offers several supermarkets, cruises, a cinema and tenpin bowling. Really nice to have dinner out on the deck and soak up that view. The house could have been a bit cleaner though - there was sand on the floor upstairs and the downstairs area was dusty. Right on the water, sound of the ocean, wonderful views and easy to Manyana Beach and Green Island or walk the back way on a new path to Bendalong (approx 2km) for good coffee! Lots of outdoor living spaces too - we enjoyed lunch outside in sun even in July. The house itself is better for warmer weather - there is an effective heat pump upstairs but downstairs was very cold. Great position to go up to Jervis Bay area or down to Lake Conjola and Milton way too.. We would recommend and come back ourselves! ##### Magg B. We went with two other couples and, as we are all now parents of young ones (ours are 3 and 5), this place is ideal. There is a downstairs sleep/play area for the kids - they loved it and we loved a little bit of peace and quiet :). It's a bit of a walk to Manyana beach with the kids but we only drove once in five trips. The view from this particular place is incredible. It faces directly across to Green Island with Ulladulla behind in the distance. Truly breathtaking. Sharon is always super easy to deal with. Can't wait to go back. ##### Ben R.
