The water depth in front of the camp is pretty shallow. And you have to idle quite a ways to get to a boat lane. It’s not a big deal, but it’s good to know ahead of time. We were there during football season, and the TV is left a little bit to be desired. They’re kind of small. The mattresses could use an upgrade, but we were only there for a few days so it wasn’t too bad. The kitchen and dining areas are very well done, and we’re very clean. I proposed to my girlfriend on the beautiful dock at sunset and it was perfect! If you come to fish, this is the spot. Perfect location in midlake with protection from the wind.
