"Prior to our arrival I was in communication with the property manager. He was aware of the time our arrival. Once we arrived we noticed the property was filthy , it was uninhabitable. The doors, windows, and sliding doors all had hand prints & dirt everywhere. The floor downstairs, staircase, bedrooms, and bathrooms had not been cleaned or moped. "LOVED the House!! It took 6 e-mails and attempts to complete the booking-third party banking. No details about check in until 1 hour before "normal" check in time. Was promised 24 hour notice, I was traveling all day and had to go to a parking lot and wait. The local staff was very good, worked out a snag in minutes. Will never stay where Short Term Rental Management is involved again."
