These fully renovated stone homes offer a peaceful retreat in the heart of Limni, one of northern Evia’s most charming seaside villages, just a minute from the sea. Blending traditional Greek architecture with modern comforts, each apartment features rustic charm, a/c, smart TV, and a private entrance. Just steps from cafés, tavernas, and local shops. Stroll the village's lively seafront promenade or walk to nearby beaches like Kochyli in just 20 minutes.  
Free WiFi and parking on the street.  
  
The Space:  
Each apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—as well as a comfortable living area with a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, fridge, and all necessary cookware. The bathroom is modern, with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a smart TV, and free Wi-Fi.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have a private entrance and full access to the entire apartment. The accommodation provides autonomy and privacy, along with towels, bed linens, and basic necessities to ensure a comfortable stay.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Limni is a picturesque seaside village that offers a perfect mix of tranquility, tradition, and access to nature. Just a short drive from the apartment—approximately 1.7 km—is Kioski Beach, a peaceful and easily accessible spot for a swim. Slightly further, at 1.8 km, lies Kochyli Beach, a small and inviting cove ideal for swimming and relaxing by the water. For those wanting to explore more of the coastline, Chronia Beach is located about 4.5 km away, and the scenic beaches of Rovies are approximately 12 km from the property, each offering unique landscapes and crystal-clear waters.  
  
The village itself is home to several points of interest. Within walking distance—about 300 m—is the Limni Folk Museum, which gives insight into the area’s cultural heritage. A few kilometers outside the village, around 9 km away, lies the historic Monastery of Saint Nicholas Galataki, perched dramatically on a cliff overlooking the sea. Further inland, visitors can explore forest paths leading to the beautiful Drymonas Waterfalls, located about 34 km from the apartment. For a more therapeutic experience, the thermal springs of Loutra Edipsou are roughly 28 km away and well worth a visit.  
  
Getting Around:  
Limni is most easily reached by car and is located about 175 kilometers from Athens International Airport, with a total driving time of approximately two and a half to three hours. The route from Athens passes through Chalkida, the capital of Evia, and continues north toward Limni along scenic mountain and coastal roads. From Chalkida, the drive takes roughly one hour and forty minutes.  
  
Public transportation is also an option. Intercity KTEL buses run from Athens to Chalkida, where you can transfer to a regional bus heading toward Limni. Taxis are available at major stops such as Chalkida or Loutra Edipsou, providing flexible travel for those without a car.  
  
Once in Limni, the village is easy to explore on foot. Everything is close by—the beach, restaurants, shops, and historical sites—making it convenient and pleasant to get around without needing a vehicle.
