Welcome to Ocean Eyes Beach House! A charming luxury vacation home situated on the pristine shores of Mantoloking, NJ. Steps away from the stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach. This home offers a comfort setting for a family vacation and we await your arrival! This spacious home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half bath with parking for 2 cars. There is no street parking, but public parking is available nearby. A large kitchen with state of the art appliances makes the cooking experience even more enjoyable. The ample dining and spacious living area combine for a terrific family entertaining and gathering space. There are Smart TV's throughout the home. Come enjoy and make new beach home memories that will last a lifetime! No pets or animals of any kind are permitted on the premises. Additionally, No smoking or vaping inside the house. $500 security deposit; $300 cleaning fee; $50 rental fee. Renter must be at least 25 years of age to book the rental. Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
