### Super Duplex to the sea with access to the beach - Manta Ecuador Private Club

Exclusive terraced duplex property of 430 m2\. Fully furnished rooms, air conditioning and bathroom, all overlooking the sea. Full equipped kitchen, TV 65 "with fiber optic internet connection. Wifi.  
Large terrace with balcony and barbecue grill, pool with 4mx2 frame. 2m, lounge chairs and patio furniture. The building has an elevator.  
  
It has the best view towards the sea and you can access the beach by stairs from the entrance, it is located in the exclusive urbanization Ciudad del Mar that guarantees safety and comfort. It has a complete complex of swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, which has an additional cost of 10 dollars per person for the season they are staying.  
  
The center of Manta and the best beaches at a short distance: The bat, Barbasquillo, San Mateo, La Tiñosa, San Lorenzo and the Pacoche nature reserve just 15 km away.
