First, we settled in and unpacked our belongings only to find out that we were in the wrong unit. We then had to repack everything and move less than two hours of our arrival. Second, we were told that we could get a visit from a housekeeper midway through our 10 day stay. That didn't happen. Then we ran out of toilet paper. The manager delivered it quickly, but didn't offer any apologies for the lack of service. We checked out yesterday and are waiting to see if our 500 damage deposit will be returned. ##### Marsha B.
