The property is modern, clean and very well kept. We had a party of 5 w the sister-in-law and nephew from Taiwan visiting Canada and the falls for the first time. I let them rate the residence and they loved the spaciousness considering one lives in a doorman apartment and the other out of a student housing. So yeah they were quite impressed and this gave the nephew the incentive to work harder to aspire to purchasing his own house one day. Definitely worth every penny if you don’t need to stay in one the downtown Niagara hotels.

This was the best hotel. I've stayed at several other Hyatt properties and this staff was the most accommodating, the most helpful, and the most eager. Truly, the greatest experience during my time at Hyatt Park.

Lovely stay, highly recommend

Perfect location in a very walkable city. The only thing that prevented a 4 or 5 star rating was unfortunately in the last hour of the stay. It was 11:15 and we were preparing to leave, 2 cleaning people came in and stated that we needed to get out, because check out was at 11am. The problem was check out was 12 pm. After spending one too many seconds getting them to leave, they barged in again. At that point we had the chance to pull up the instructions that stated the check out was 12 pm and showed it to them. Even if we had been in the room later than we should have been, knocking first is the appropriate way to go about things, not barging in and then having to be told repeatedly to leave.
