This property is a 30-minute drive to Mt. Buller and just a few minutes’ drive to the main street in Mansfield. The master bedroom is a generous size with a queen bed, ensuite, wardrobe, heater, and fan. The second bedroom has a queen bed with wardrobe, heater and fan. The third bedroom has two sets of king single bunk beds with a wardrobe and heater. There is a separate bathroom, toilet and laundry. The kitchen is well equipped and the loungeroom has a comfy and relaxed feel to it. The living area has a wood burning fire place and big couches. Hence, we waited until business hours respecting agent’s working hours i.e 9am and called the property Manager regarding COLD water issue and very weirdly we didn’t get a call back until we call back at around 4pm. Also, the toilet near the laundry area has dual access and also no lock for any privacy. The house pictures do not show this detail about no privacy in the second toilet and the 2nd family was quite frustrated about this as they had to share that toilet with the children in the nearby room.
