Hence, we waited until business hours respecting agent’s working hours i.e 9am and called the property Manager regarding COLD water issue and very weirdly we didn’t get a call back until we call back at around 4pm. Also, the toilet near the laundry area has dual access and also no lock for any privacy. The house pictures do not show this detail about no privacy in the second toilet and the 2nd family was quite frustrated about this as they had to share that toilet with the children in the nearby room.
