« Such a lovely place stay to stay! Truly a home away from home. The room appeared to be newly remodeled and decorated with a beautiful adjoining bathroom. In addition, the bed was so incredibly comfortable! The location was great and close to the university with private entry and access. The room had a small fridge and Keurig which was very handy. My son will be at Stony Brook a few years working in his PhD and will certainly be returning to this lovely little place for my next visit! »

« This property is beautiful and the host was very responsive. We were in town for a funeral so unfortunately wasnt able to enjoy the house as much as I would have liked to. The view is breathtaking, we saw deer, wild turkeys, swans and more. I would suggest kids 8 would be better suited. I had to chase my little around to ensure they weren't touching or playing with any of the decorations. Plenty of bathrooms and counter space. No cell reception but the Wi-Fi worked throughout the whole home....

« My family of 6 and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. My 80 yr old parents live in Southampton but we decided to rent instead of burdening them w/guests. The house had a great layout on the first floor w/everything needed for the holiday, which was great. Walkable to town and Tate's Bake Shop, definitely a plus. Beautiful neighborhood. "Il n'y avait pas assez de serviettes dans la chambre dont j'avais bien spécifié le nombre de personnes. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée le 1e matin et pourtant je n'avais pas mis la pancarte "Do not disturb". Le tapis et les rideaux dans la chambre avaient des taches. Le déjeuner manquait un peu de variétés. C'est vraiment dommage, car je m'attendais à mieux un hôtel de la chaîne Wyndham."
