« We rented this property to be within walking distance of our family. The property was as described in the listing, however it is over top a business which belongs to the property owners. During our visit, we encountered a couple small hiccups. 1) a person (appeared to be an employee of the business) was smoking marijuana outside the house and the odor filled the unit. « Cozy little place set on a quiet hill. Lightning bugs galore on June nights. Close to a number of cafes and restaurants in Apollo, Vandergrift and Leechburg. Was a convenient location for a wedding at a nearby farm venue. While it was a bit hot and muggy for June, the AC provided a nice respite. « The host was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Friendly dog, fireworks show, full size refrigerator, washer and dryer, nice place to take a walk, and the hosts gave us a loaf of homemade bread. »

« The Bearcreek Barn is outstanding. 6 family members were in town for a weekend of ballgames at PNC Park. We were not disappointed with Bearcreek Barn in any way. It is well appointed and equipped, is clean and very comfortable and has all amenities for a great stay. Barb is a super host. We have only booked 5 star VRBOs over many years and this was among the very, very best!!! »
