A cozy cabin by the river with small kitchen and bathroom. Cook out, cook in or eat out. We have fire pits and trails. Downtown Bedford and Shawnee State Park within driving distance. The space The whole cabin and lot is yours complete with a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. Two small bedrooms. A sun porch looking out towards the field. There’s a fire pit and picnic table. Guest access You can walk the trails along the river. I was taken aback with the semi-sheer curtain in the bathroom when every other window has a heavy curtain or blinds. The riverside property was very nice, although the traffic was noisy, even at night. Just know Jeff is rigid with c/i and c/o times, even if no one is staying before or after. In fact, the housekeeper knocked on the door (and opened it without waiting for an answer) because there was no car in front of the cabin at 9:30am. A nice camping cabin but it is rather rustic. AC worked great as did the hot water for the whole family. Well appointed kitchen for preparing meals. Small fridge so bring a cooler. Had a major problem with yellowjackets but the owner responded quickly with a chemical treatment and adjusted the rate very fairly.
