Ramada by Wyndham Cumberland Downtown

"Ramada in Cumberland is a favorite among bikers and railfans. It is across a road from the Amtrak station and a short walk into the center of town or the Western Maryland RR with its mallet steam locomotive 1309 (make sure it is running by visiting their website). The hotel is old but the staff and the people who stay there are friendly. The breakfast is functional. Overall the Ramada is an economical way to see the beauty and history of west Maryland."
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cumberland

"If you are travelling by bicycle, this is the place to stay in Cumberland! You won't be the only cyclist and the staff is very accommodating of bikes, including a bike-cleaning station just outside the hotel. We had fun talking with other cyclists doing the C&O and GAP trails while eating a good free breakfast."

"Our stay at Mann’s Choice was excellent. Our family was able to enjoy our own spaces and also come together in the kitchen and open family room. The home is so comfortable and well done. Rose was excellent to communicate with and the toys that were in the closet were a great find! Highly recommend this home."
