The furnishings and bathroom were brand spanking clean… everything seemed very new. And the towels were plentiful - for bath and kitchen. AND beach towels! AND there was coffee and non dairy creamer to welcome us AND — extra wonderful - 2 rolls of paper towels. Whenever we had a question for the host, response was quick and informative. If you do want to stay here in 2025, or even 2026, we recommend you book it soon. Understand they are full through August or maybe even September, and it’s only July 1\. The owner was prompt answering a question we had about the internet upon arrival and communicated well throughout the whole process. The property has a beautiful view, charming neighborhood, easy accessibility, and garage space available. The location of this property can't be beat - Easy access to the Mariner's Trail between Manitowoc and Two Rivers, directly across from the Marina. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops (< 1 mile). The views are amazing from the deck - watching all the boats at the harbor and the SS Badger car-ferry arrival/departures. The apartment is clean, comfortable and stocked with basic necessities - there is a grill outside as well. The garage was great to not have to park on the street.
