You’ll have the entire main floor of this charming older home, complete with a private driveway. The home is within walking distance of downtown shopping and restaurants, the River Walk, beaches, the theater, and more. A short drive will take you to Little River Casino, area golf courses, Onekama, scenic M-22, Crystal Mountain, hiking trails, and other Northern Michigan attractions. Well-behaved dogs are welcome—please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your furry friend. You’ll notice several antique family furniture pieces throughout the home. These items are especially meaningful to me, and I hope you enjoy them as part of the home’s character and décor. Please note: A rental agreement is required and will be provided at the time of booking. If you’re interested in renting the upstairs level (two additional bedrooms and a bathroom) for a total house sleeping capacity of up to five guests, please let me know. We keep returning because the apartment is clean and comfortable; plus, it is centrally located in Manistee, so we are able to walk to the historic downtown. Moreover, it is a short drive to the beaches; therefore, we never miss a sunset in town. I stayed in the summer and now again in the autumn. I liked my first trip so much that I brought my husband and my basset hound this time. Both times, Corinn has been a pleasure to communicate with. Moreover, the apartment has been clean, roomy, and well-appointed. Parking is convenient since the property has a driveway. Plus, the apartment is within walking distance of Manistee's downtown and riverwalk. Corinn was easy to communicate with and her apartment was absolutely perfect for my stay! The photographs do not do the apartment justice since it is extremely spacious. The apartment is located so close to everything that I was able to walk every place I wanted to go in town. Parking was not an issue since the apartment has its own parking area. The apartment itself had everything I needed; moreover, it was clean and stylish.
