Located on the second and last floor of a quiet, modern and secure residence, it has numerous quality facilities, such as an infinity pool, a gym and a small children's playground. The building is also equipped with a lift for your comfort. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, as well as a large south-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the Andalusian climate.
