Welcome to La Duquesa and this bright and comfortable beachfront apartment with pool, located just a short walk from the marina and La Duquesa Golf. Situated on the first line of the beach, this apartment offers the perfect combination of sun, sea, and leisure for a relaxing Costa del Sol holiday. Puerto de la Duquesa is a charming marina in Manilva, positioned halfway between Marbella and Sotogrande, and is the westernmost port of Malaga province.  
  
The Space:  
  
With its calm beaches and pleasant temperatures all year round, it is undoubtedly one of the best ports on the Costa del Sol.  
  
The port is currently the center of the main tourist activity in the area. It is surrounded by cozy urbanizations that invite you to spend a good beach, sun and sea vacation. A peaceful place where the Mediterranean light combines in perfect harmony with the leisure boats and the traditional flavor of the small fishing boats that go fishing every morning.  
  
When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and cozy apartment with the kitchen directly to the left where you have a dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, stove and oven, washing machine, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and everything you need to cook food on holiday.  
  
The living area offers a dining table for four, a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV. Step out onto the lovely terrace to enjoy a lounge area perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze.  
  
The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning is available in every room, and fast Wi-Fi ensures you can stay connected.   
  
Guests also have access to the shared pool and direct beach access, providing the perfect combination of relaxation and convenience.

La Duquesa combines traditional Andalusian charm with a lively, modern atmosphere. The marina is at the heart of the area, bustling with bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it perfect for strolling, dining, or enjoying local nightlife. The calm beaches and proximity to Marbella, Sotogrande, and several golf courses make this location ideal for both relaxation and leisure activities.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
The apartment is within walking distance of the marina, beaches, and local amenities. Car rental is recommended for exploring nearby towns, golf courses, and attractions along the Costa del Sol. Private parking is available for guests.

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.   
  
The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.   
  
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
