Hotel is just poor!

I love in fact the hotel! I like its style and localization! But this I was more than surprised that the beautiful roof top is not existing any more! My studio was in nothing improved to last year! No TV! No coffee downstairs! Sorry, this way you cannot run a hotel seriously!!!
