The property is attached to Robinsons Magnolia mall, so shopping and food is within walking distance. The room is spacious, but doesn't have a microwave. I had to request for housekeeping twice before they finally came.

My room was very pleasant. Hot water pot, small safe for valuables, consistent wifi. Water coolers in the hall. Cleanliness could be better. There were some hairs and other residue on the bathroom counter. The bathroom was small and the blow dryer was not working. Other guests had issues with the water and could not get hot water for shower. I had no issues in that regard. EXCELLENT SERVICE throughout my stay. Hot breakfast served in the basement, for a small charge. Conveniently located.

Conveniently located and adjacent to the mall. All the staffs were very welcoming, courteous and efficient. I definitely recommend this hotel. Will come back again!

Summit hotel is conveniently attached to one of the best malls in Quezon City so dining and shopping options are excellent. While the hotel needs a lot of upkeep and thorough improvement, the kind and friendly staff make up for it. Thank you!

Best feature is its connected to the mall, you can walk into the mall from the hotel. They did not tell us about the breakfast when we checked in, we had to wait at 8-10am to eat breakfast and we are already awake by 5am!! Housekeeping needs some improvement, shower still with old water stain/molds, bathroom had urine smell when we walked in, the plus was they took care of everything promply. Room was big comes with coffee bar and fridge. Overall a good stay, will definitely come back

Air conditioner is not blowing cold, room 414 , they tried to move us to room 528 it’s worst, its too hot , ask to return to room 414 , also some cockroaches on the bathroom, not happy at all

it was disappointing that i requested for 1 queen bed and i was given 2 single beds...and i asked for a transfer but the reception people are so unaccommodating to tell me that they cannot do anything. and i dont believe that on the day of my check in the hotel is booked. but anyway the hotel is good but the reception head was not so service oriented man.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. The hotel owners could make the stay better by getting rid of their thin, discolored towels that is frayed at the ends. It looks and feels like cleaning rags. Otherwise, great location to shops and restaurants.

I liked the close proximity to the mall. The breakfast is terrible. Bathroom was missing several towels but got resolved when addressed to housekeeping. Front desk wss good and pleasant. And for you Expedia. I got several emails from you saying you cancelled my reser, i called the hotel. No such thing. Then next email from you said my reser is confirmed. Were you out to confuse me? Did not appreciate it. Going forward you are the last i will call for booking. Learned my lesson.

The location is good since it is connected to the mall. In the evening, it is too dark outside. If you’re a smoker, you do not want to stay here. The security guards would “order” you to ho across the street to smoke. It would not be a problem if the street is well-lit, if there is no heavy traffic of cars and if it is not raining. The lobby and the hallway stinks of sewer smell on top of that.

Very excellent customer service. Whenever you need asaiatance, by the click of a thumb they’re knocking at your door already. Food service is good too. Very accurate, 6:00am, 12:00n, and 6:00pm.

no amenities, I came in for my first day, door is open and found cockroache . When I went out just to ask someone about how to operate the aircon came back and my keys to the door not working, towels is as dark as like gray… you have to ask bottled water everyday and toilet paper… Staff is friendly though….also you have to ask towels too …I used this to quarantine for 10 days and it’s terrible….

This Hotel we used as a Quarantine Facility and stayed for 7 days. We spend those 7 days watching the beautiful sunset and amazing view from our wide window room overlooking southwest Metro Manila. All the staff are courteous and the food are excellent. Early check-in time at 6:00 a.m. is great for early arrivals.
