First thing, we are begging for the things we need. Basic things like iron or make up room. They told us that make up room is every 3 days. God sake:-( . We stayed their for more than a week and our room is never ever cleaned up and we just cleaned it our self and throw our own garbage. I truly understand that this is not a hotel but at least they have to assist us with cleaning especially the bathroom and kitchen part. The beddings are never changed in our whole stay. They have cockroach in the kitchen. Dirty old kitchen utensils. Old sponge for washing dishes.
