Practical hotel. Suits for budget.
No hot water.
No ice.
Near to cheap food stores and public market.
Good airconditioning.
Couldn't stay long in the room because tv channels were limited.

Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has been provided as per requested time which is earlier than normal.

i was actually staying close by in my friends condo, however there was no internet wifi where i was staying. i wanted wifi to watch an event on my laptop so i booked this hotel as it was close by where i was staying.
When i arrived it took me a while to find the actual entrance door. I entered and there was no one at reception.
There was a reception bell so i pressed this. Some lady with no uniform came to me from the lobby area and asked if i wanted to book in. She wanted 1000p for security deposit but before that i handed her any cash i asked her how was the internet here. She then said sorry no internet here with a blank look on her face. i then explained the only reason i was going to stay here was the wifi. She said it hadn't being working for a while. I then asked could i have a refund and then she said she was not actually working there as was a saturday. But she would ask her friend/boss? She told me to sit down for a while. Then after about 10 mins another woman came and said do i want discount because of no wifi, i again explained the only reason i was there because of the wifi and that i will just book into a hotel that has wifi once i get a refund. She said she would call some one. Then after another 15 min a younger guy called around and i explained the situation again. Long story short i received no refund, went to another hotel tried to ring Hotels.com many times but could not get through, emailed many times with no response.

The hotel entrance is situated away from the receiving area. I expected much but i failed. I was worried about my security since nobody is guarding the entrance to the hotel. Parang liblib na lugar, isang haunted house. When i ask the only staff of the hotel as to how many cheched in that day, he replied nobody except you plus he told me there was a ghost in the hotel. I almost shed tears fearing about my two nights stay. I almost backed out but left no extra money to find a more convenient hotel. Location is not as well convenient as it is situated in a slum somewhat like squatters area.
Blanker Reinfall, kein warmes Wasser, Wifi,Breakfast, alles nicht so wie beschrieben.Nie wieder, 5 Stock, kein Lift,schmale Treppe.
Zimmer schlecht gereinigt ohne Fenster.
Nachts Sehr gefährliche Gegend
