I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. The staff was excellent the entire stay. Even called me an Uber and walked me out to the car itself when it arrived.

The hotel is nice but going through renovations and the pool and poolside cafe was closed. The restaurant was a bit overpriced but nice. The 2 block walk to Robinsons mall was an adventure with torn up sidewalks. Starbucks close by was good. I walked to my appointment at the the US embassy. Bathroom was spacious and nice.

Convenient location and very helpful and friendly staff. My room was very spacious and the breakfast selection was excellent. Just a shame that the room upgrade was not available. Expedia needs to look into this, as rarely have I been able to take advantage of this supposed 'perk'. Hotels should provide an alternative should a room upgrade not be available.

The place is clean and tidy. There is an ongoing refurbishment work ongoing. Swimming pool is closed for improvement. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly. I didn't like the surrounding areas outside the hotel.

What a beautiful stay at New Coast! Above expectations as far as staff and amenities. The staff is always super helpful and kind and so welcoming. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Manila, this is definitely a great choice. Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to construction but this was only a minor hit to this hotel. Thank you to everyone who made our stay special!

Why ? ! , it took longer than I expected for check-in, & my room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes still lingered. I was disappointed even though the room was very clean. By the way, large-scale renovation work is currently underway in various areas, including the lobby, which is the first place you visit upon arriving at the hotel. It will probably be reborn, but some people may not want to stay during the construction period, but Expedia won't tell me that.

Pleasant 1 week stay.
The Hotel is in a convenient location...close to a mall and many restaurants. I got the Deluxe Room, and it was spacious. The shower was a little dated but functional. The King bed was comfortable, and AC was strong. The casino was not too big and most of the table games were Baccarat. The lobby was small but sufficient. Breakfast had a good selection of food (Chinese, Japanese, western, egg section, fruits, bread, etc.). I only had cappuccino and eggs every day, so I can't say much about the tastes of other types. Services were good and staff were polite. I will stay here again when I return to Manila.

Couldn't have been much better
One of the best experiences at a hotel I have had in a long time. The staff was very well-trained and quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was an excellent, quality selection with exceptionally trained and attentive staff.
