The property was centrally located, and allowed me to access many shops and malls in the Pasay area. The property was comfortable, and the extra cooking space allowed me to prepare meals in the condo. Alexa assisted me in expediting my check in, and Cora provided extra linen during my stay. Both Alexa and Cora were great to work with. I will stay at this property in the future.

It was the best unit I've stayed in Sea/Shell Res so far. The communication was excellent and were very accomodating of early check in if needed. They contacted me for early check in as soon as the earlier guests checked out early. I will definitely stay here again.

因為是商務行程,我需要到SMX Convention Center, 因此入住此住宿就可天天走路至展場.省下交通費.並於晚上可散步至SM mall of asia逛街及採購,相當方便.房間簡單乾淨,主要是view很棒, 讓我覺得自在便利.

short stay at La Vista at Sea Residences

Great place for the purpose of the visit. It is a condo type accommodation, it has mini kitchen and the amenities one would need like fridge,microwave,coffee maker and kitchen utensils that one could use for the stay. The only thing is, the Pool is not free, if you need to use it, you have to pay the price.The place is also near MOA and Baclaran....and a quick travel to NAIA.

Great location!

The location is great! Located very close to the MOA and you can find shops and restaurants just at the ground floor of the building. The mini-kitchen is convenient when you are intending a longer stay. The down side are: 1. Lack of front service who can assist you, 2. The wall clock is noisy.

Ok,so hindi ko ene-expect na may charge pala pag late kanang makapag check in ,2 pm ang check in time tapos dumating kami ng 11:30 ng gabi ,sabi 500 pesos nadaw ang charge kasi late kami nag check in ,talaga? Ganyan ba talaga? Kasi nakapag try naman kami ng asawa ko sa ibang condo pero wala namang charge kahit anong oras pa ang arrival namin . Ok. We did not really expect there is a late charge for check-in. Yes, 2 - 4 pm is the stated check-in time and we communicated that we would be late. The person we spoke with says there will be a fee for coming in late. We were surprised. We asked how much. It was stated that the amount is up to us. Fishy/weird. Due to flight arrival time and transiting to hotel, we arrived around 11:30 pm. The person upon check-in now gives us a firm number of 500 php? The point is that this was not disclosed in the ad/description. The fact that it went from “it’s up to you” to “500 php” is really shady. The issue here isn’t about the money. It is the shadiness of the transaction. Overall, the place was convenient to anything you need and clean. If this type of transaction is ok to you then it is a worthy condo for your stay. However, for us and because there are so many options, we will not return there.

This was very closely located around shops for clothes, and applicances, liquour, close by the airport great pool facilities but must say that in the two deeper pools did not have steps to get into only by a ladder which was not great when you had get out of and the pool tiolets did hot have a handle on the inside to grab on to get out, It was very difficult to grab onto just a lock yo pull towards you to open. The staff here are limited in English and re_direct you to your appartment owner as they simply are nervous to tell that they dont understand or would like you to speak slower, or to are busy looking at their mobile phones, Otherwise good location, we comfortable. Would appreciate staff being more communiating instead not saying anything, and asking you to call the owner and you also need to know you have to pay for the pool here, lovely pool area, they should have steps or ramp to walk in all the pools not just in children pools. The children are more flexiable then adults and they just jump in anyway so They need to accomadte for adults too, otherwise like i said great Location

Will not be using place ever again. That’s that apartment or any at sea residences. Was so disappointed to find that you had to pay 150 pesos per person per day to use the pool. It’s a scam. On time of booking it did not state the fact ( on subsequent email it did when I looked again ) it also says on other websites it’s free. Another way of making money. It could have been 10 pesos it’s the principal. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The bedroom door always stuck. The Wi-fi was very slow. Disappointed
