Were only given 2 large towels, and were told at first we would have to pay for a hand towel; however, we were given an extra towel for free the next day. Service was excellent. The major criticism I have is that this is not really an apartelle (which means an apartment-hotel combiation), which is to make the guests self-sufficient (able to cook with cooking pots & pans & utensils. It was not possible to cook anything, so this is not truly an apartelle. All there was, was a electric pot to boil water. The room is big, great pillows, fridge, good tv, hot water! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! The only negative abd its a big one is WIFi, this hotel is def for the business person and the WiFi only worked In one tiny section of one hallway!!!!
