*I can accommodate up to 15pax but the published rate is for 4 pax. Price will increase after 4pax

*This is a residential property governed by a private corporation.

*This property is governed by approved House Rules and regulations enforced for the common good of the owners and residents of the property.

*All guests should respect the house rules of the condominium corporation.

*The common area of the property is equipped with CCTV cameras.

*Whether permanent or temporary, laundry drying equipment or clothesline visible from the property's exterior is prohibited.

*Pets are not allowed inside the property.

*Authorized guests can use the pool provided by the Unit Owner/Host with a corresponding fee of Php 150.00/guest/day (VAT Inclusive) for regular days and Php300/guest/day (VAT inclusive) during holidays should be paid before the use of the facility.

*Only the host and authorized person are allowed to purchase the pool voucher. Please let me know in advance if you want to use the pool voucher or ask for help from the caretaker.

*Pool opens from 6 AM to 10 PM

*To keep my furniture in good condition, please follow my house rules not to accept visitors.

WHAT TO DO
Please help me to maintain the affordable rate in the market. Unfortunately, I won't be able to pay personnel to meet and assist you during check-in and check-out. You will check in and out by yourself.

Please bring your essentials such as a toothbrush, soap, tissue and shampoo

I want to encourage you to use the pool voucher in advance. Only the host and authorized caretaker are allowed to buy the pool voucher available until 6:00 PM only.

AVOID PENALTY & VIOLATION
- Do not make loud noise starting at 9:00 PM
- Do not accept visitors due to security reasons
- Do not hang clothes on the balcony or window curtain
- Do not throw garbage in the hallway
- Do not go to the lobby from the pool wearing wet swimwear
- Do not bring pets
- Do not smoke or vape in not designated areas
- Our WORKING HOUR is from 10 AM to 5 PM


FAQS

*Is early check-in/late check-out possible?
-Early check-in (as early as 12nn) is possible if no guests are checking out the day you’re checking in but with a fee of 400/hour. Late check-out is also possible if there will be no guests checking in the day you’re checking out but for a price of 400/hr after check-out time (which is 11 a.m.)

•Is parking free?
- 150 overnight parking areas beside Eastwestbank Oceanaire
- Parking area in Sea Residences is managed by Mall rate which is 50 pesos per hour

Can we add an extra person?
-Yes, for a fee. There’s a charge of Php700/head per night for each extra person.
- 1 to 5yo is Php350/head per night

PRE-CHECK-IN & SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

All guests are required to submit all the names staying in the room. A Guest Authorisation Form signed by the host or unit owner shall be submitted to the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE. The approved Guest Authorization Form will be sent to the guest and shall be presented to the lobby of Tower E and reception personnel. After successfully checking in, you may obtain the door key and help yourself to check-in.

Please provide all the necessary details at least 24 hours before your arrival. The property requires these for security reasons.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in time is from 3 pm until 6 pm. A fee of Php100/hour late check-in after 5 p.m.
