We present a fully FURNISHED 2 BEDROOM UNIT (32.51m²) with a view of the amenities, located on the 11th floor. This is part of three adjacent units which is best for families and friends who want to stay together. The building is brand new, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our unit is designed for coziness, ensuring you feel right at home. Bloom Residences is strategically located near key areas, making it a convenient choice for residents. It's close to major commercial centers, such as SM City Bicutan and Ayala Malls, which offer shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It is also well-connected to major roads like the SLEX, making commuting to Makati, Taguig, and other parts of Metro Manila easier. \*Unit Features: 1) All utility bills included. 2) High-speed cable and internet access. 3) 1 queen-size bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 sofa bed. 4) Complete kitchenware and utensils provided. GUEST ACCESS Available amenities include swimming pools, kiddie pools, a children's playground, an outdoor fitness area, basketball and tennis courts, and an outdoor lounge. The lobby is also available for entertaining guests. The building features function rooms that can be reserved in accordance with property management policies. Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM. NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please notify our staff 24 hours before your arrival, or visit the admin office before 4 PM the day prior to pay the fees.
