*Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day for regular days and P300 per person for holidays. The pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Only 3 people are allowed to access the pool per unit.
NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please inform our staff 24 hours before arrival or you can go to admin office before 4pm the day prior to pay the fees.

We will meet you at the lobby of Tower 3 for check-in. As soon as you book, we will send you a booking confirmation email with all information you need. You must send us back the information we need (ID, contact info, check-in and check-out time, names of occupants) so that we can take care of all the details for you.

Q. Do you allow early check-in?
A. We normally allow early check-in if the unit is available (no client checking out before you). This is because we need time to clean and make sure the unit is ready for you. If they check out early, we will let you know right away. It's just that we cannot guarantee.

Q. Do you allow late checkout?
A. We might allow late check out if no client is checking in before you. There would be a minimal fee for late check-out. But again, we cannot guarantee.

Q. Do you have parking space available?
A.Yes, we have available parking space in Shore 1 & 3 Residences, Fame 3 Residences, Red Residences and Bloom Residences.
