The unit was clean and has more than the basic amenities. We were pleasantly surprised with how well-thought the unit was setup. They have kitchen utensils, lots of extra linens and even instant coffee (which we thought was very thoughtful!). The staff was responsive and pleasant to deal with. We checked in at midnight and everything was prearranged for us so it was all smooth and easy. Thanks so much for a very pleasant stay! Grace's place is one of the nicest, best-located, and most valuable of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo unit. The a/c worked well. There was no noise to speak of. There no cleanliness issues. Front desk staff was very professional, friendly, helpful. It took a few gallons of water to figure out the shower, after that it worked great. I would certainly consider staying here in the future. ##### John A.
