It is located across the street from CICO park, but also has its own considerable amount of green space. The coma-inducing bed was almost too comfortable....I overslept my alarm both days! Across the street from Cico Park and nestled among the neighborhoods of West Manhattan, this apartment was convenient and quiet. 5 minutes from campus, great restaurants and shopping, and 10 minutes from downtown. These apartments are older, but charming and well cared for. There is a shared laundry room down the hall from the apartment with 2 free washers and a free industrial dryer!
