"Gym, pool, and hot tub were not usable"

"When I booked our stay, I asked for a quiet room away from elevators, I forgot to request the top floor. When we checked in, we mentioned it and our room was moved to the top corner away from elevators and convention goers. It had no view, but that didn't matter because quiet and a good few nights sleep are what we were really after. All staff were friendly and attentive. I would stay at this hotel again."

"The room we booked was unavailable so they comped us an extra room and discounted our stay. This was all done before we arrived. We had a queen and king room. Both were large and very comfortable. We plan to stay there again during football season. Oh and they had free Starbucks! "

"The hotel was very clean and relatively quiet. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. Bed was comfortable. Ample parking available."

It was lukewarm at best when we checked in and a bit warmer in the morning but never was hot. The water pressure was OK. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a large selection of items that were all good and hot. "
