This Aggieville hideaway was a great option for a place to stay for our college age son who came to visit us over the winter break from his college in Pennsylvania. He really enjoyed it! It gave him some privacy and wiggle room (now that he is used to living on his own) and he loved the proximity to Aggieville and the taste of life as a K-Stater that he experienced during his visit. There are a few steps up to the building door & then a few more down to this semi-basement apartment, so not for folks who can’t do that. Apartment door lock is a keypad, which was very convenient. FYIs — take the driveway slow & at an angle, or you’ll scrape the bottom of your car. Oh, and take care in the shower — the floor is completely smooth. The apartment was fully furnished with quality items from the pots and pans and utensils in the kitchen, the bedding and towels and even toilet paper in the bathroom! It was nicer than hotels I've visited at much higher nightly rated and those places also offered fewer amenities. Having the kitchen was the icing on the cake, because I was able to prepare a couple of homecooked meals for our grandson, who's attending KSU.
