Room booked was luxury queen, there was nothing luxurious about this room, view to walls meant blind was closed throughout, bathroom door would not close and the bathroom floor was warped and uneven. I requested a repair to the door but this did not happen. When I enquired what made this a luxury room to the concierge I was told none of the rooms look like they do on the photos he the shrugged when I said I was not happy with the room. I would not stay here again and looking at past reviews I am disappointed that this could be recommended by Expedia

Centrally located, staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms hade cracks and door would not close unless pushed in, no view. Location is great near everything as well as subways to take you everywhere else!
