"I'm so glad I stayed at Marcia's apartment. It's a very welcoming place with all the amenities, and Marcia helped me throughout my stay. She was very attentive and caring. The apartment is close to malls and restaurants. I will definitely return to Barbados and stay here again. I recommend it 1000000%!"

"Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly"

"Great communication with the host. Nicole ensured that we will get to the property by offering a taxi service which was very convenient as we flew in after midnight. She checked on us during the stay. The house is licated in a very quiet area. Shirt drive/bus ride to the nearest gas station/store. I recommend it for a short stay. "

"The apartment was excellent value. It’s right on one of the best beaches in Barbados, has good amenities like wi-fi and air conditioning. The owners kept it clean and were very responsive and helpful. We had a great trip!"

"We absolutely loved the setup of this VRBO. The property features three spacious bedrooms with plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. It’s located in a great area, with everything you might need just a short 5–6 minute drive away.
The host was fantastic, easily accessible and close by in case any issues came up, which gave us great peace of mind. He also recommended a nearby fish fry at Oistins Bay (I believe it was Pat’s Place), where the portions were generous and the food was...

"We stayed at 89 Heywood Park for 10 days, enjoyed the peacefulness of the Neighbour hood, short walk to a nice quiet beach as well as Speightown, meals are reasonable priced at local restaurants in Speightown, always shopped at Jordan’s, good value for money, would consider staying again."

"Great Staff - very accommodating - we stayed a week and by the end of day 1 everyone knew us and our room number. Small resort - not too big in terms of walking which I love. Nice beach area - rock wall in the ocean stops all the waves so nice and relaxing in the water. Awesome outdoor bar to watch the sunset. We had a two bedroom unit which was perfect for our family with TVs in both. Buffet was good everyday. Two specialty restaurants were great. Short 15 min ride from the airport. The resort had some form of entertainment each night - band, solo singer, etc. The Manager's Cocktail hour was nice - got to share how great the team was with the manager. One of bellmen set us with an amazing taxi driver who gave us a private tour that was amazing. Highly recommend if you like the personal touch with a smaller resort. Felt safe the entire time. "
"The staff was very helpful and very kind.
The hotel name Hilton is far a part from the condition of this property, from old furniture with burn marks and traces of dirt, line to have breakfast, selection of the buffe was limited and boring.
Overall experience was 3 out 10.
The bed was good the toilet and shower I give 2, definitely this property is not a 4 start it’s 2 start. Needs renovation asap. "
The Club, Barbados Resort & Spa Adults Only - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating except for not getting our room cleaned a few days. The food was great, entertainment every night, and we loved finishing up our nights dancing at the piano bar. "
"We absolutely loved Barbados—the culture, the people, the food, the stunning beaches, and the ocean were all amazing! Unfortunately, our experience at The Crane Resort was quite disappointing.
The Good:
- The resort has beautiful grounds.
- Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
- We stayed in a spacious private residence that offered fantastic views and a large balcony.
The Bad:
- The beach was unusable every day, forcing us into a cramped shuttle ride for 35 minutes to a very crowded alternative beach. While that beach had nice water and sand, it was inconvenient.
- The pools were not well-maintained; the water was dirty and cloudy, and there were only 4 to 6 lounge chairs available—definitely not enough for a resort of this size.
- There was no nightlife whatsoever; everything shut down by 10 PM.
- Most of the restaurants were subpar. Even breakfast and lunch made Starbucks seem gourmet. Zen was decent, but our order was frequently misunderstood, making for unexpected meals, though they were fresh and tasty.
- Wi-Fi was unreliable, working only about 10% of the time, and the gym was outdated and in poor condition.
- We noticed stray cats roaming the grounds.
- Check-in took forever, and we didn’t get our room until after 4 PM.
- Management displayed a lack of care and often spoke down to guests.
While we cherish our memories of Barbados, we have no intention of returning to The Crane Resort. We’d recommend exploring options on the West Coast instead."
"Excellent hotel for business travel. Great buffet breakfast and spaces for working. The 24 hour, well equipped gym is a big plus! Well located with good access to main Govt and corporate offices in island."
"The resort was okay. My biggest issue, was the air conditioning in my room never worked properly.
The food was also just okay when I arrived, Iwas told that there was an ala cart menu as well as a buffet. However, there was no ala carte menu. The only option for food was the buffet. "
