Bright, modern and beautifully laid out over two storeys, this four-bedroom retreat offers relaxed indoor-outdoor living and multiple spaces to unwind. Wake up to sunrise and sea views from the master bedroom with ensuite, then enjoy your morning coffee and a good book on the sun-drenched front deck. In the afternoon, fire up the BBQ on the private rear deck, with outdoor dining overlooking the backyard—ideal for families with kids.  
  
Downstairs, a second lounge provides the perfect extra hangout space, with comfy couches, bean bags, Sky Sport, free-to-air channels and Wi-Fi for chilled evenings in. Underfloor heating keeps things cosy during the cooler months.  
  
There’s plenty of space for the whole family or a group of friends, with a total of four bedrooms: upstairs you'll find one queen bedroom with ensuite. Downstairs you’ll find one queen bedroom, a king bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with three single beds and a pull-out bed—ideal for children.  
  
Located just across the road from the Mangawhai golf course and a short walk to the Mangawhai Activity Zone with bike tracks, skate park and playground, Seaview puts you right in the heart of the action. You’re within easy walking distance to the cafés, boutique shops and supermarket on Wood Street, and just a seven-minute drive from Mangawhai Surf Beach. If you’re in town for the weekend, don’t miss the Saturday market or live music at the Mangawhai Tavern.
