Step inside to find a thoughtfully presented home that has been recently renovated with a high-quality fit-out. A signature feature wall works alongside neutral tones and colours to provide a comfortable open-plan living space. Switch on the Smart TV and settle in for the night! The sleek, modern kitchen is complimented by quality appliances, while the centre-island bench provides space to connect and reflect.  
  
Comprised of three well-appointed bedrooms, this holiday home sleeps up to six guests. The brand-new bathroom and separate toilet with hand basin are both stylish and functional for your stay, while the separate laundry boasts full facilities and an additional toilet. A full radiator central heating system will provide year-round comfort.  
  
Centrally located in the Mangakino township, you’re just a two-minute stroll to the main strip. Grab your essential supplies at the local Four-Square supermarket and treat yourself to a meal at Ata’s Bar and Eatery! The Mangakino Golf Club and the Waikato Riverfront are both within a three-minute drive.  
  
Meanwhile, you’re in a handy Central North Island location. If you fancy a day trip, Taupo and Rotorua are a 39 and 52 minute drive away, respectively.
