All the front desk people I've seen were very attentive and friendly. Dung, who works during the day, has been especially very helpful assisting me with extending my stay and explaining everything. The rooms themselves come with mounted flat screen tvs, a refrigerator, dining table and closets. It's also very close to the airport!
