Villa Chiara is located in a panoramic position on the hills of Solarolo, a hamlet of Manerba del Garda. The villa consists of two adjacent units, each with its own exclusive 1,700 square metre garden on three sides of the villa, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains. It is the perfect solution for a holiday with your dogs, thanks to the large, fully enclosed garden and the raised swimming pool, which prevents them from accidentally entering it. Your dogs are welcome at no extra charge; please inform us of their presence when booking. The large covered porch, equipped with a dining table and sofas, allows you to enjoy the view of the lake in complete tranquillity while you have lunch or relax. In the large garden, there is a round swimming pool for your exclusive use (5.70 metres in diameter, water depth 120 cm) to cool off and let your children play, deckchairs for sunbathing and a barbecue for your outdoor meals. The spacious living room has a large sofa that can easily be converted into a double sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and worktop, and an indoor dining table. Two steps lead to a large hallway, which leads to the two bedrooms, both with double beds, and two bathrooms, each with a shower. there is also an additional room, which must be passed through to access one of the two bedrooms, which is used as a wardrobe. The furnishings are simple and functional, and the apartment has all the comforts, including a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with international satellite channels and Netflix (films on demand), and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Porto Torchio beach is about a 15-minute walk away (1.3 km) and includes a stretch of beach where dogs are allowed. The town centre is about a 10-minute walk away (800 metres). We strongly recommend that you have your own transport, which will allow you to easily reach all the attractions in the area. The villa has private outdoor parking for at least four cars. The rental price includes: • Hot and cold water; • Electricity; • Cooking gas; • Unlimited Wi-Fi internet; • Netflix (films on demand); • Air conditioning in the bedrooms; • Private garden and private swimming pool for your exclusive use with maintenance during your stay; • Bed linen and towels, changed weekly; • Final cleaning. Lovely position-private yet close to Lake Garda We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa which was very comfortable and in a great position for visiting Lake Garda (about 15 minutes walk). The manager, Diego was very friendly and gave us lots of useful advice about visiting the local area. He was also very quick to respond when we had a minor problem with the pool. We recommend a boat trip around the lake and visits to Limone and Sirmione plus a trip to Verona to see an opera. (take cushions!) Original rustic features were charming. The garden and view to the lake was beautiful and made the whole trip even better. The pool was bigger than it looked in the photos with plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids to splash around. We had such a blissfully chilled time and managed to get to the spots we wanted to visit with no hassle, although we had our own car which I think was an essential. The manager Diego was very friendly and helpful, and gave a full tour of the villa when we arrived. Great chap. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht mehr nutzen. Vielleicht das nächste Mal. Mit unserem kleinen Hund konnten wir ganz entspannt sein, weil das Grundstück komplett ausbruchssicher umzäunt ist. Toll auch der Blick auf den 15 Minuten entfernt gelegenen Gardasee. Mit Auto super gelegen zu anderen interessanten Orten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants. Unsere vier Übernachtungen waren viel zu kurz für die sehr schöne Gegend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Haus selbst hat uns gut gefallen, die Möbel auf der Terrasse einfach super, der Garten genial. Das Einzige was mich persönlich wirklich gestört hat war die zu starke Chlorung des Pools. Dies möchte ich jedoch nicht als zu negativ auslegen, da ich es vor Ort auch nicht erwähnt habe. Gut ändern hätte man daran dann auch nichts können. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, der Garten toll (gerade auch für Hundebesitzer, komplett eingezäunt), die Lage des Hauses günstig und die schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf See und Berge vermissen wir jetzt schon! Vi fik tre dage før ankomst oplyst at nabogrunden var en byggeplads hvilket både før og under opholdet gav anledning til stort tidsforbrug på kommunikation med Vrbo/lokal repræsentant og selvfølgelig en del støj under opholdet og byggestøv i poolen. Auch bei einem Problem ( Arm im Ort gebrochen) war Diego telefonisch sofort erreichbar und gab Hilfe für die medizinische Behandlung.Dafür an dieser Stelle nochmals "mille grazie". Die Hausverwaltung war jederzeit ansprechbar und reagierte unmittelbar. Das Aussengelände ist Top, 5 Sterne, besonders wenn man einen Hund mit in den Urlaub nimmt. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet, wir habe nichts an Einrichtung vermisst, auch wenn die Einrichtung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können: Es war nicht schwierig, die Küche sauberer zu verlassen, als wir sie vorfanden. Die Bäder rochen beim Bezug extrem nach Putzmittel und Chlor, waren also geputzt, aber nicht ausreichend nachgespült. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm. Die Holzfenster sind schon alt, wobei sie den Charme der Mitte des letzten Jahrhunderts verströmen. Der Aufstellpool ist wirklich groß, so dass Klein und Groß dort ihren Spaß haben können. Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne Zeit verlebt, auch wenn die Abende durch sehr laute Live-Musik vom gerade in diesen Tagen stattfindenden ManerBeer-Festival alles andere als still waren, dafür war es tagsüber sehr friedlich. ##### Ulrich S. Der Garten und der Pool waren für uns und unsere Hunde traumhaft. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die vielen Moskitos dieses Jahr. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß. Es war alles sehr sauber.
