The apartment is located in a resort that has everything you need for your vacation. (1st floor) The living area consists of a living room with sofa, TV (USB) connection (Sat TV 500 channels including BVN, various German channels, ...), WiFi, music, and a kitchen with dining area (table and four chairs). The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee maker and kettle and toast machine. The first bedroom with balcony and lake view consists of a double bed (1.60m x 2.10 m), the second bedroom, also with balcony, of two single beds above each other (0.90 m x 2.00 m each). In this room there is (possibly) also a baby bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a bidet and a washing machine. The bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned. Wifi is available throughout the apartment. The resort has free parking spaces. The living room has a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and sun blinds. From here you have a wonderful view of Lake Garda, Sirmione and the communal swimming pool of the resort. All rooms also have a balcony, the balcony of the master bedroom also overlooking the lake. The resort offers a communal swimming pool with an adult section (1,4m depth), a hydromassage section (0,9m) and a children's pool (0,5m depth), a playground, beach volleyball and football opportunities and a children's playroom with table football and table tennis. Furthermore, the resort is completely fenced off, so that you can enjoy a quiet, child-friendly holiday with a lot of privacy. Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen im Apartment Sogno und wussten dies trotz durchwachsenen Wetters sehr zu schätzen. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt, sauber, ruhig, sicher. Das Apartment ebenfalls, mit schönem Blick auf den Pool und den Gardasee. Wer hier mit und ohne Kinder urlauben will, dem können wir dies sehr empfehlen. ##### B G. Alles war super: eine schöne saubere Wohnung mit gemütlichen Betten und sehr gut verdunkelnden Fensterläden. Wir alle haben so gut geschlafen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Kontaktdamen vor Ort. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, sehr gut gepflegt, anständige Leute als Urlauber dort. Die 3 Pools waren ein großes Highlight für unsere Kinder. Die eine hat sogar quasi schwimmen gelernt. Im nicht so tiefen Becken haben die Kinder viel Handstand im Wasser gemacht und andere Spielereien. Ihn war nie langweilig. Auch der Hafen in der Nähe ist sehr schön, authentisch und sauber. Appartement is ruim en schoon. Contact met verhuurder is top. Snelle en fijne reactie bij vragen, leuke tips en super behulpzaam! Resort is goed onderhouden, ziet er prachtig uit, met vooral rustzoekers (mix van Italianen die hier een appartement bezitten en een aantal toeristen zoals wij die huren). Deze rust is ook onze enige ‘maar’ van deze vakantie. Voor kinderen is er niet veel te doen. Wij als ouders houden van deze rust en vaak vermaken ze zich wel met vriendjes. Maar de enige attractie, het zwembad… hier greep de ‘badmeester’ om de haverklap in: geen opblaasband, gooien met een balletje max 10 minuten en dit terwijl het zwembad leeg was. Als andere gasten er last van hebben, pas je automatisch je gedrag aan, maar het zwembad was compleet leeg. Het leek wel of hij zat te wachten op een ‘fout’ in het gedrag zodat hij kon wijzen naar het regelement. En dit terwijl de Italiaanse kindjes (ik gok van de vaste eigenaren vd appartementen) niet werden aangesproken. Onze kinderen van 10 en 4 keken op een gegeven moment eerst naar ons voor toestemming om in het water te springen bijv. Deze badmeester schiet hierbij zijn doel compleet voorbij om te zorgen voor een fijne vakantie aan het zwembad. Dit is onze enige twijfel om weer te gaan volgend jaar, want verder was het TOP!! ##### Anton W. Séjour de 7 nuits en septembre 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Christoph H. 13 sept. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Erholsamer Urlaub im September 2022 in ruhiger Umgebung mit tollem Seeblick Richtung Sirmione Wir haben eine sehr schöne, kurzfristig gebuchte, letzte Sommerferienwoche in der Montecolo Residenza und der im OG des letzten Reihenhauses an der WNW-Seite gelegenen Wohnung der belgischen Vermieter verbracht. Die Anlage besteht überwiegend aus von Italienern genutzten Ferien-/Wochenendwohnungen. Ein Highlight - neben dem Pool - ist der großzügige Balkon Richtung Südosten/See/Sirmione, wo wir immer unser Frühstück genossen haben. Gegen zu viel Sonne hilft tagsüber die herauskurbelbare Markise - nicht jedoch gegen die v.a. abends die Beine attackierenden Mücken ;-) Die saubere Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und bebildert ausgestattet und bietet einen reichhaltigen Bestand an Geschirr und Besteck, sowie Küchenutensilien. Check-in (u.a. Kaution in bar war notwendig) und Check-out mit den teilweise englisch/deutsch sprechenden Damen Daniela und Claudia verliefen problemlos. In unserer Reisewoche waren nur noch wenige, v.a. süddeutsche Familien in der Anlage, sodass im und um den großzügigen Pool mit guter Wasserqualität herum immer ausreichend Platz war. Übers Wochenende kamen dann einige italienische Familien/Paare hinzu. Sogar ein "Bademeister" war vor- und nachmittags zugegen und kümmerte sich nebenbei um die - kostenlosen - Liegen und Schirme am Pool. Da die Residenza etwas abgelegen ist, findet man auf jeden Fall viel Ruhe, ist im Gegenzug aber - falls nicht joggend unterwegs - auf ein Fahrrad oder Auto angewiesen, um morgens in Montinelle di Manerba frische Brötchen von der "Forneria Turrina Angelo" und eine kleine Verpflegung im Lädchen "World Food" zu holen. Der Hafen von Manerba/Dusano mit zu dieser Zeit überschaubar besuchtem grob-kiesigem Strand (Badeschuhe auch hier zu empfehlen) ist bergab in ca. 10-15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar; zurück sind einige, aber nicht allzu anstrengende Höhenmeter zu überwinden. Am Hafen befindet sich eine Bar und ein Ristorante mit jeweiligem Eisverkauf - zur Versüßung des Fußmarsches hoch zurück in die Residenza :-). Vom Hafen aus starteten bspw. um ca. 9 und um 12:30 Uhr auch Fähren nach Sirmione (hübscher Touristen-Hotspot - selbst um diese Jahreszeit noch viel los!). Wer also eine schöne, ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit tollem Balkon und Pool sucht, zu Fuß zum See und zurück laufen möchte und sein Auto/Fahrrad zum Einkaufen, etc. dabei hat, ist hier u. E. sehr gut aufgehoben. Wandertipp: Aussichtsreiche Tour hoch zum "Punta Sasso" und "Rocca di Manerba" und ggf. Baden am "Spiaggia Pisenze". ##### Christoph H. We very much enjoyed the terrace with its view and the shared swimming pool. The kitchen is very well equipped and we found everything we wanted. Great for 4 people.
