The two semi-detached units overlook an exclusive shared pool, reserved only for guests of these two homes. Perfect for cooling off on warm summer days, the pool also features a hydromassage area for a truly relaxing experience. Gardaliva by the Lake will be ready to welcome guests from July 12, 2025\. Surrounded by a spacious, well-kept garden, the property stands out for its elegant and harmonious design: soft colors, clean lines, and bright interiors create a warm and refined atmosphere, both indoors and outdoors. Each unit is spread over two floors: •Ground floor: a spacious, light-filled living room with a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a covered patio with outdoor seating – perfect for enjoying a drink with a view of the pool.
