"Accueil très "stressant", la première personne était totalement débordée à l'arrivée de 4 personnes, légèrement antipathique. Les autres personnes de l'accueil les jours suivants étaient parfaites et SOURIANTES. Le personnel du restaurant très accueillant. C'était le début de saison ça se ressentait dans les travaux autour de la chambre. Belle piscine. "

"Beautifully renovated grounds and rooms, and wonderful staff. A quick 10 min drive into Ostuni. There was a slight issue on the first night and they were very quick to resolve the issue. Vanessa the sommelier gave us a great wine tasting. Had a great relaxing stay. "

"This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."

"La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....

"Our stay at this lovely accommodation was fantastic. The house was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The property itself was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for some quality family time. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool and unwinding in the lounge area.Although it’s a bit on the outskirts, it’s only about a 15-minute drive to grocery stores and other conveniences, which made it very manageable. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.When we return to Puglia, we will definitely look forward to staying here again!"

"Beautifully clean and superbly equipped villa. Aircon and everything all working perfectlyLovely welcome and owners were very helpful via WhatsApp if we needed anythingBeautiful olive grove surroundings and roof terrace views, and an easy 20min walk down to the beach with a couple of bars/restaurants, a small shop and a newly opened deli al nearby. Good swimming in the various sandy sections and often nobody else nearby in SeptemberAnother review mentioned cameras. There are some outside and in the hall for security while the property is empty, but we were shown the disconnection of these on our arrivalWe had an amazing few weeks and would happily stay again. Thank you Claudia and Gerrit :)"
