The turquoise, crystal-clear, shallow sea is considered one of the cleanest of all Italy and is therefore particularly well suited for smaller children. The stylish 'Villa Dolce Vita' on a private estate with directly adjoining olive grove and open location with sea views offers all the amenities. From a welcoming and generous input / living room (25 square meters), you can reach the rest of the room. The single storey villa (130 square meters) consists of four double bedrooms (all 16 sqm each), three new bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink and a practical hot-water outdoor shower. There is room for up to eight guests. Aircondition to be paid extra depending on personal consumption In the open, spacious kitchen you will find a cozy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Italian and German coffee machine ... One fireplace and a pellet stove allow heating at less warm days. For the hot season all the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. (extra costs 0,40 cent/kwh)The living area offers retreat for reading, watching TV (Astra and Hotbird), listening to music, playing games and chatting. The most popular dining seats are safely outside on the south (80 sqm) or North Terrace (35 sqm) as well as on the roof terrace (130 square meters); everyone will find, depending on the individual wishes to be shady / sunny and / or wind quiet place to stay - with sea, Olivenhain- or 360-degree views. The breathtaking sunsets with a cool glass of sparkling wine or typical local Primitivo best enjoyed from the rooftop terrace. Good swimming in the various sandy sections and often nobody else nearby in SeptemberAnother review mentioned cameras. There are some outside and in the hall for security while the property is empty, but we were shown the disconnection of these on our arrivalWe had an amazing few weeks and would happily stay again. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dorrt. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Klima hat gepasst, über die ruf Einfahrt, passen gefühlt fünf Autos rein. Die Außen Dusche ist der Hammer, direkt nach dem Strand kann man sich dort duschen in aller Ruhe, auch mit Warmwasser. Kühlschrank ist groß genug für drei Familien, Claudia ist per WhatsApp immer erreichbar, wenn man was extra braucht. Empfehlungen bekommt man vor Ort alles gezeigt, verschiedene Restaurants etc. Rund um war das eine gelungene Woche. Letzten 3 Tage hat man ab und an wlan Probleme aber das ist das kleinste Thema. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider entspricht die Aussage zum Meerblick nicht unserem Verständnis (siehe Bilder). Auch waren entgegen den Bildern im Inserat keine Fahrräder vor Ort. Für zwei Wochen Aufenthalt gab es pro Person nur ein Strand- u. Badehandtuch. Wir waren leider auch verwundert über die Kameraüberwachung im Innen- u. Aussenbereich. Es fehlt an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist natürlich der große und wunderschön angelegte Außenbereich mit kleiner Terrasse vorm Haus, großer Hauptterrasse und riesiger Dachterrasse. Es stehen hinreichend Terrassen-/Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung. Die Außendusche ist in den Sommermonaten ein großes Plus. Neben dem netten Ortsstrand sind die schönen Strände von Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo etc. mit dem Auto sehr schnell erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. ##### Marc S. Der Check in war unkompliziert durch die Verwalterin Vita. Sehr nett wurden wir empfangen und bekamen alles erklärt. Die Villa hat sehr großzügige und saubere Räume, drei Bäder, was super praktisch ist wenn man als Familie mit erwachsenen Kids verreist. Über die schöne und großzügige Terrasse waren wir besonders erfreut, da man ja den Großteil seines Aufenthaltes draußen verbringt. So konnten wir schön gemütlich frühstücken und auch abends das ein oder andere mal den Grill nutzen. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles da was man benötigt. Eben so wie in der Ausschreibung beschrieben. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Villa liegt etwas abseits vom Ort, was in den Sommermonaten, wenn viele Trubel herrscht, bestimmt von großem Vorteil ist. Alles da, was man braucht. Die überdachte Terrasse bietet in den heißen Sommermonaten einen schönen Schattenplatz und von der Dachterrasse aus sieht man das Meer und abends den Sonnenuntergang. Claudia und Gerrit standen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Auch bei großer Hitze findet sich zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges Plätzchen. Guter Ausgangspunkt um diverse Städtchen oder Strände anzufahren. Meerwasser sehr sauber und fast tropisch gefärbt und klar. Leider zu Fuss zu weit - ca 1.2 km - zumindest Fahrrad nötig. Die Lage optimal und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir wurden auch sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles aus- führlich erklärt und gezeigt.
