### A dream few meters from the sea...

A newly renovated apartment offering all the comforts for a relaxing and wellness-focused stay. It features underfloor climate control, home automation, an alarm system, key-free entry, a modern kitchen with an induction cooktop and dishwasher, a washer and dryer, an outdoor patio with shower, two bedrooms, and a comfortable sofa bed. Perfectly located just few steps away from the wonderful Salento sea and the town center, ideal for a perfect vacation.   
In this wonderful property, every room is equipped with a 50-inch smart TV, and features an ultra-modern bathroom and outdoor shower. Outside, for your summer dinners, you'll find all the necessary furnishings and a cozy atmosphere enhanced by the beauty of traditional Apulian stone. Thanks to the home automation system, you can control the lights, blinds, and alarm directly from your smartphone, all in total relaxation. Bed and bath linens are provided, with changes managed at your convenience. You'll also have beach umbrellas and chairs, a travel crib for baby, and a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave. Each room has its own independently adjustable thermostat for maximum comfort.   
The house is equipped with a hot and cold floor system with selectable temperature in each room with dedicated thermostats.  
All rooms and the kitchen are equipped with 50-inch smart TVs to access your favorite TV programs such as Raiplay, Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime TV, etc...  
Guests will need to install the Ajax system app to access and manage the property alarm so that they can also protect any property inside the home. With the app it will be possible to both open the entrance door and by activating the alarm the lights will turn off and the shutters will be lowered. Outside, the gate to access is equipped with both facial recognition and a temporary pin key.
